RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit of 45% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking a tour. The balance of the total quoted tour price is due 30 days before the departure date. Deposits are made through bank wire transfer to the Company’s account or through online payment mode. Arrangements can be made to pay the balance upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation, all monies received shall be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses.

No refunds are given for: lost travel time or substitution of facilities and/or accommodations; itineraries amended after departure as a result of client’s inconveniences or delay.
RATES
Include all expenses in respect of vehicle and drive as per itinerary, table d’hote meals on Safari, entrance fees to national parks and game reserves, and other attractions as indicated on the itinerary.
TRANSPORT
Safari build Minibuses and Land-cruisers 4×4 will be provided according to the clients request. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English speaking driver / guides are provided though other foreign speaking guides are available upon request.
ACCOMMODATION
Rooms in lodges and Tented Camps share the same facilities, Beds, Washrooms and Shower of high standard accommodation. Facilities available in double/twin/triple and single rooms.
Most of Lodges and Tented Camps have their own swimming pools.
Insurance
It is recommended that all travelers arrange their personal travel insurance to cover medical, property and other personal risks for the duration of their holiday and safari.
Love Exploration Safaris, give notice that they act only as agent for providing means of transportation and/or all related travel services and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: act of God; detention; annoyance; delays; expenses arising from quarantine; strikes; thefts; pilferage; force majeure; failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled; civil disturbances; terrorism; government restrictions or regulations; and discrepancies or changes in hotel services in which it has no control.
Love Exploration Safaris reserve the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary when deemed advisable for the comfort and safety of passengers, which includes but is not limited to: the substitution of hotels, alteration of the itinerary, and reversing the order of the places to be visited. Love Exploration Safaris reserve the right to remove anyone from a safari without refund who acts in a manner which is unsafe for themselves, or inconsiderate or unsafe to fellow travelers, and/or who ignores the requests of their guide (s) to act in a safe and responsible manner.
